Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by Foram Studio, a game, XR and app development studio. In this policy, "we" means Foram Studio.

What we collect

When you send the project form, we receive what you type into it: your name, work email, message, the service you need, your timeline and budget range, and optionally your company and phone or WhatsApp number.

Like most websites, we also see basic visit statistics (pages viewed, device type, rough location, and which buttons are used) through Google Analytics.

Why we use it

We use form details only to reply to you, understand your project and prepare a scope and estimate. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated mailing lists. Visit statistics help us see what parts of the site are useful.

Who handles it

• Web3Forms delivers your form submission to our email.
• Google (Google Sheets) keeps a record of enquiries so we can follow up, and Google Analytics provides visit statistics, which uses cookies.
• YouTube hosts our trailers. We use its privacy-enhanced mode, but YouTube may set cookies once you press play on a video.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to talk with you and to keep sensible business records. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. You can also block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with a browser extension, and the site will still work.
